1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment authorization.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped directly from our distribution partner’s warehouse.
  • Once your order has shipped, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier availability and location.

4. Return Policy

We follow the return policies set forth by our distribution partners. To maintain consistency and ensure timely processing, please follow the steps below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending back any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% as determined by the warehouse/distributor.

How to Request a Return:

  • Once approved, an RMA label and instructions will be emailed to you.
  • Attach the label to the outside of the return box and ship as instructed.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt at the warehouse for refund processing.
