Return Process
Submit a Return Request – Contact us at [your customer service email] within 30 days of delivery to request a return. – Please include: • Your order number • The item(s) you wish to return • Reason for return
Return Authorization (MRA) – Once we receive your request, we will obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) from our distribution partner. – This process typically takes 24–48 business hours. – You will receive a return label via email, along with MRA details.
Return Instructions – You must attach the MRA label to the outside of the box before shipping it back. – Returned items must be: • Unused and in original packaging • Complete with all parts and accessories
Refunds – Once your return is received and processed by the warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. – Please allow 7–10 business days after delivery for processing.
Important Notes
Unauthorized returns or returns without an MRA may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the return and manufacturer guidelines.
