Return Process
1. Submit a Return Request

2. Return Authorization (MRA)
– Once we receive your request, we will obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) from
our distribution partner.

– You will receive a return label via email, along with MRA details.
3. Return Instructions
– You must attach the MRA label to the outside of the box before shipping it back.
– Returned items must be:
– Unused and in original packaging
– Complete with all parts and accessories
4. Refunds
– Once your return is received and processed by the warehouse, a refund will be issued to your
original form of payment.
– Please allow 7-10 business days after delivery for processing.
Important Notes
– Unauthorized returns or returns without an MRA may not be accepted.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
– Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the return and manufacturer guidelines.
